  1. Kaldu ayam : Panaskan air dalam panci, tambahkan daun jeruk purut, lengkuas dan serai. Rebus kurleb 5 menit, kemudian tambahkan ayam. Masak selama 5 menit, sampai ayam matang - tidak overcook.
  2. Setelah kuah mendidih, kecilkan api,  tambahkan jamur enoki/tiram, bawput, bombay, tomat, cabe rawit, kecap ikan, tom yum paste, nam prik pao (jika menggunakan) & susu evaporated, aduk rata. Rebus selama 5 -10 menit..
  3. Bumbui dengan garam, gula & air jeruk nipis, sesuaikan dgn selera anda. Masak kembali selama 2 menit..
