Crispy Enoki. How To Make Crispy Enoki Mushroom Pancakes Enoki is both a powerful medicinal mushroom, and a culinary delight- worthy of it's place in the kitchen. Unless you're well versed in fungal cuisine, it's not always obvious what you can do with these slender white mushrooms. The crispy enoki mushrooms toppings and bright lemon vinaigrette make it such a fun dish to eat, especially in summer.

Crispy Enoki Tempura easily become the favorite Japanese dish apart of their famous ramen, thanks to the crunchy texture. There are few type of tempura, from seafood to vegetables. I actually ended up doing both: oven first, then pan fried, because I wanted them extra crispy. You can cook Crispy Enoki using 6 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Crispy Enoki

  1. You need of Enoki.
  2. You need of Telur, kocok.
  3. You need of Tepung Terigu.
  4. Prepare of Tepung Maizena (perbandingan tep. Terigu & maizena = 5:2).
  5. Prepare of Garam.
  6. It's of Kaldu Jamur.

Crispy + Spicy Enoki Mushroom Roll Enoki mushrooms are really delicate and beautiful mushrooms, with a wine-like scent that develop a succulent texture and buttery flavor when steamed or sauteed. If you are lucky enough to have access to them where you live, they are almost always super cheap too. Deep fried food is my love/hate kinda thing. I loved the fact that they're crunchy and tasty, but I hated the fact that they tend to be greasy and fattening.

Crispy Enoki step by step

  1. Potong bagian bawah enoki lalu cuci hingga bersih, tiriskan.
  2. Campur tepung terigu, maizena, garam, dan kaldu jamur.
  3. Panaskan minyak untuk menggoreng.
  4. Campurkan enoki ke telur kocok, lalu masukkan ke campuran tepung tadi. Supaya enoki tidak terlalu tebal sebaiknya dipisah2kan ya.. lalu masukkan ke minyak yang sudah panas. Api sedang saja..
  5. Goreng hingga kekuningan. Lalu angkat... Jadi deh... Hasilnya crispy dan lembut. Enak pokoknya 😁👍.

But indulging on them once in a while is a-okay on my book! While waiting for the enoki mushroom to be drain off the excess oil, dry fry the chicken powder and pepper together on low heat till fragrant.
