- Siapkan semua bahan. iris2 jika perlu. tata dalam teflon cekung/panci/wajan semua bahan irisan..
- Dalam wadah lain siapkan bumbu gochujangnya.. panas kan larutan tepung ketan campur air hingga mengental seperti bubur kmd matikan api,aduk jd satu larutan bubur diatas dg bubuk cabe garam madu dan tepung tempe. teksturnya kental ya.
- Masukkan bumbu gochujang diatas bahan2 yg sdh ditata di teflon. tambahkan air / kaldu dan bumbu2 yg lain...aduk sambil nyalakan api. tunggu hingga mendidih,masukkan mie keringnya. aduk rata hingga mie matang,tes rasa jika sdh oke matikan api dan siap disantap...pedes endes gaess.. 👍😋😍.
