Ingredients of Crispy Enoki
- You need 75 gr of jamur enoki.
- You need 4 sdm of tepung terigu.
- Prepare 1 sdm of maizena.
- It's 1 sdt of bawang putih bubuk.
- It's 1/2 sdt of garam/ penyedap rasa.
- You need of Minyak secukupnya untuk menggoreng.

- Ambil enoki kemudian taruh di bahan tepung² an, balur semua enoki hingga rata, sisihkan.. Lakukan hingga semua enoki habis..
- Panaskan minyak, lalu goreng jamur enoki hingga matang kecoklatan, sajikan. Anak²ku doyaaaan bangetttt.
